After designing your custom champagne, you can pay for the bottles in your shopping cart.

Payments
The payment methods used by Tonchamp are Amex, Apple Pay, G-Pay, iDeal, Maestro, Master Card, Pay-Pal, Shop Pay & Visa.

Domestic delivery
All Tonchamp shipments are carried out by PostNL. The bottles are sent in suitable packaging. You will get the track & trace code after the shipment is received at PostNL. In most cases, this will be automatically sent to your email address as soon as the package has been received at PostNL. If this is not the case, you can email inquiries@tonchamp.com.

International shipping
1 Availability: Tonchamp.com ships to most international countries.
2 Shipping Cost: Shipping cost for international orders is calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination country.
3 Delivery Time: International orders may take anywhere from 10-15 business days for delivery.
4 Customs and Import Taxes: Tonchamp.com is not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The recipient is responsible for paying all customs and import taxes.
5 Lost or Damaged Packages: Tonchamp.com is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during international shipping.
6 Tracking Information: Tonchamp.com will provide tracking information for international orders.

It is also possible to collect your custom champagne. Address: Nieuwe Herengracht 3H, 1011RJ Amsterdam. Naturally, no delivery costs will be charged.

Delivery time
The delivery time depends on the services provided by PostNL. Please note, PostNL does not deliver on Sundays and Mondays. We aim to deliver your custom champagne within 3 working days. The shipping date may differ on public holidays. There will be no delivery on the following days:

New Year's Day: January 1, 2023
Good Friday: Friday, April 7, 2023
Easter (Easter Sunday and Easter Monday): Sunday 9 and Monday 10 April 2023
King's Day: Thursday, April 27, 2023
Liberation Day: Friday 5 May 2023
Ascension Day: Thursday, May 18, 2023
Pentecost (Pentecost and Whit Monday): Sunday, May 28, and Monday, May 29, 2023

Christmas (Christmas and Boxing Day): Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 December 2023

Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our product, it is unfortunately not possible to return custom champagne.
